We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join us in helping service some of our main clients. You will need to have a background in recruitment, ideally technology and be a very strong headhunter. There is no requirement for new business or selling, this role is purely candidate focussed.

There are several house accounts and warm accounts for this candidate to walk into and make an immediate impact and create immediate earnings.

You must be able to demonstrate exceptional candidate relationship management, thrive in a pressured time sensitive role, master Boolean searching, and other advanced headhunting techniques.

Proven earnings from our Consultants: Year 1 - £35k Year 2 - £50k Year 3 - £90K+

We expect certain levels of commitment, hard work, and desire in order to pass your training and progress from a Recruitment Consultant into a Senior or Principal Consultant role. It helps if you have some of the following:
